Consultation
We understand the challenges that may confront a home owner, business, or land lord to get the information and contractor that you can trust. We determine to do our best to assist you in getting the information you need to make your best decision and the least stress possible. The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. We want to meet you and find out what product and process would best fit your project needs. Our consultation typically takes about a half hour and is free. We will provide you an estimate with the costs involved. If that is a fit for your needs we will provide all your needed paper work and accept a 50% deposit to schedule your project. We will confirm the start time and date a couple days prior to schedule date.
Project Preparation
On our start date we will begin to prepare the project based upon the needs and scope of work on your Bid/Contract. We believe that an important foundation for finish is a great preparation of surfaces. We have experience and knowledge of the proper primers, sanding, cleaning of the varied surfaces your project may include. We professionally mask and protect your plants or furniture from start to finish. We can work with your color choice options with sample applications and chips. (There may be an additional charge for samples depending on your needs)
Finish Application
We are often asked if we spray or hand brush / roll the finish on. Great question and we say, we do what is best for your desired results and the paint system manufacturers suggest. There are numerous finish products on the market and they can be intimidating, but that is really where we get to serve you well by being professional and knowing what we do! We invest in the best equipment and develop our skill sets to succeed. We commit to communicate as much as you desire through the process to alleviate your stress and ensure your confidence during process. We start projects and stay with them until they are done as quickly as possible. You won’t be wondering, if or when, your contractor is coming back! Our daily motto is we look forward to seeing you in the local grocery store, not hiding from you.
Project Completion
We will as appropriate for your project keep you informed of the process we make. If you are not present during the project we can take progress pictures and update as we proceed. At the end of the project we commit to clean up, remove all project related trash and give you that great feeling of “Life back to Normal”. We will provide touch up finish in each color or product used on your home or business. We keep records of products used, colors and have Purchase Order systems with suppliers that refer directly to your project. Our goal is your satisfaction and confidence you’ve chosen the right company. The balance of the project fees are due at end of the project.
